The Coquat Law Firm was started by Rebekah Meeks Coquat. After graduating from South Texas College of Law, Rebekah trained under the late Kenneth P. Courtright. Rebekah focuses her practice on wills, trusts, probate, guardianships and estate planning. She is licensed to practice law in all Texas courts, as well as the United States Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the United States Federal Court of Claims. Rebekah is also a certified Mediator under the Texas 40-hour course.

Rebekah Meeks Coquat regularly makes appearances on behalf of clients in both Bexar and Comal county courtrooms. She is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association and the American Business Women's Association.

In 2006, Justin A. Coquat joined the firm. Justin graduated from South Texas College of Law and also earned an advanced degree in Intellectual Property from the University of East Anglia in Norwich England. Prior to joining The Coquat Law Firm, Justin spent three years at a Martindale-Hubble AV-rated law firm practicing complex defense litigation, business law and intellectual property law. He brought his business law and real estate law experience to the firm. He is licensed to practice law in all Texas courts, as well as the United States Federal District court for the Western District of Texas. Justin is also a certified Mediator under the Texas 40-hour course. Justin is also licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.

Justin A. Coquat is an adjunct professor at Texas State University where he teaches real estate law, business law and litigation. He is also a licensed real estate agent.

Justin enjoys shooting sports, playing golf and wine making.
