The Coquat Law Firm is a San Antonio based law firm serving the legal needs of families and small businesses throughout South Texas. The Coquat Law Firm was started by Rebekah M. Coquat. After graduating from South Texas College of Law, Rebekah M. Coquat trained under the late Kenneth P. Courtright. Rebekah focuses her practice on wills, trusts, probate, guardianships and estate planning.

In 2006, Justin A. Coquat joined the firm. He brought his business law and real estate law experience to the firm. Prior to joining The Coquat Law Firm, Justin spent three years at a Martindale-Hubble AV-rated law firm practicing complex defense litigation, business law and intellectual property law. Justin is an adjunct professor at Texas State University and teaches real estate law and litigation.

The Coquat Law Firm’s primary law offices are located in the Milam building in downtown San Antonio. Clients can schedule a complementary initial consultation at its downtown location, or opt to meet with one of our attorneys in the comfort of the client’s own home. For clients with pressing schedules, your complementary initial consultation may be conducted over the phone.
